DESCRIPTION

Shatavari is a thorny herb that grows up to the height of one to two meters. Its roots are light pale to brown in color. Leaves are like pine needles, uniform and small in shape. Flowers are white colored with small spikes. Its fruit is purple to black in color. The phytochemicals such as alkaloids, isoflavones, shatavarins, etc present in it promote good health and strengthen the immune system.
