WHAT IS TMJ (TEMPOROMANDIBULAR JOINT DYSFUNCTION)

Temporomandibular joint is a hinge which connects human jawbone to its skull. It functions like a sliding hinge. It controls the jaw movement. These joints contain containing muscles, tendons, and bones. When we swallow, chew or talk the TMJ starts its mechanism.

TMJ DISORDER
