1) Cap Joint aid Plus – 2 twice daily
2) Cap. Curcumin - 2 twice daily
3) Aamvatantak churna – 1 tablespoonful twice
daily
4) Tablet Punarnava Mandur – 2 twice daily
1) Joint Aid capsules – this is a fabulous formulation made from
various beneficial herbs like ashwagandha,
guggul, shallaki etc which are very well known for their actions and
properties in ayurveda. Joint aid provides strength to joints and fight against
symptoms of osteoarthritis. All the herbs in this formulation are excellent
anti-inflammatory herbs.
Dose – 2 capsules twice daily after food with
plain water.
2) Curcumin Capsules – The
preparation that can be used by all groups of people for various joint
problems. It reduces severe pain and muscles cramps around the joints and also
found very useful in treating stress. Curcumin helps to remove toxins out from
the body to clear the channels. Curcumin
is derived from the herb Curcuma longa and is a popular herbal remedy for

3) Aamvatantak Churna – This powder formulation is very special to alleviate

pain, tenderness, inflammation of the joints and gives relief. Aamvatantak

4) Punarnava Mandur – The literal meaning of Punar is “again” and
Nava means “new”. This is one of the few preparations in Ayurveda, which helps
in new cells formation. That’s why Punarnava. It helps to relieve pain, reduce
swellings and inflammation. It is particularly beneficial in edema, swelling
around the joints. It also alleviates the swelling from inside the joint
capsules.
Dosage –
2 tablets twice daily, after food with lukewarm water

DIETARY GUIDELINES
· Add
vitamin C in your diet, sources are - amla, orange, guava, papaya, grapes, bell
pepper, cauliflower, broccoli etc.
· Try to
cut extra calories and adapt to high fiber diet, eat fresh leafy vegetables and
fruits daily.

Don’t
climb stairs
·
Avoid
long walks
·
Use
olive oil for cooking instead of other fat.
· Try to
lose the weight as this will help to decrease the strain in the joints, back,
hips, knees, ankles and feet.

Wear only
flat shoes.
·
Avoid
exposure to cold environment.
· Sleep
on your back with pillow under your knees to decrease the backache.
